Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for fertilising and spraying crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate should be reliable.

Work site environment

• Farm operations include oilseed farming (excluding soybeans), other grain farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming.

Work setting

• Accommodation facilities are available to the candidate.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a rural area.
• The candidate must be willing to relocate to the specified location.

Experience and specialization

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience operating a combine harvester, farm truck, loader, planting equipment, seed drill, sprayer or duster, tractor, and forklift.

Area of work experience

• The candidate must have prior welding experience.
