Job Description

• The candidate will be required to fertilise and spray crops.
• The candidate will be in charge of harvesting crops.
• The candidate will be expected to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have an Air Brake (Z) Endorsement certificate.

Work Site Environment

• Farm operations include dry pea and bean farming, oilseed farming (except soybean farming), other grain farming, and wheat farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Experience and Specialization

Equipment and Machinery Experience

• The candidate must have prior experience with a combine harvester, a farm truck, planting equipment, a seed drill, a sprayer or duster, tillage equipment, and a tractor.

• The candidate should be subjected to a thorough criminal background check as well as a driving record check (abstract).
