Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to ensure that the weekly scheduling milestones are met.
- They’re also appointed at this post to review maintenance plans as developed by the Planning Team, identify all resources required to complete the work and then ensure that these requirements are scheduled and secured.
- Candidates for this post are also required to lead regularly occurring scheduling meetings and identify resource challenges or other work conflicts.
- They’re also appointed at this post to review daily updates against the published schedule and provide support for schedule changes working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates for this post must have a minimum of 5 years of experience either in refinery equipment operation or maintenance.
- They must have dedicated previous experience with planning and scheduling maintenance activities is a definite asset.
- Candidates must have experience within the field of Industrial Electrical or Instrumentation to be preferred for this post.
- They must have strong organizational and coordination skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong oral and written communication skills to ensure a clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of all involved parties and stakeholders.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work flexible hours to be eligible for this post.
