Job Description

• The candidate must interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• The candidate must assess guest needs to provide customized and effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• The candidate must provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• The candidate must facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions and executing omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
• The candidate must move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest and store needs.
• The candidate must receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
• The candidate must contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
• The candidate must establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
• The candidate must collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• The candidate must perform product presentation tasks, including putting items back in place, restocking depleted items from inventory, and destocking or relocating items according to company standards.
• The candidate must use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• The candidate must perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
• The candidate must understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• The candidate must perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
• The candidate must be able to travel to the assigned store using their own transportation.
• The candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is considered an asset.
• The candidate must create and support an inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.
• The candidate must demonstrate ethical, fair, and honest behavior at all times.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

• The candidate will work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• The candidate must be willing to move through the store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
• The candidate must be willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
