Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing samples, creating style numbers, and developing colorways.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in Flex PLM.
- The candidate must support day-to-day workflow while adhering to GTM deliverables and timelines.
- The candidate will develop and create tech packs in Flex PLM to communicate requirements for design aesthetic, fit, and construction while considering cost impact.
- The candidate will measure and review proto samples based on submitted tech packs.
- The candidate will assist in the preparation of fittings and presentations as required.
- The candidate will assist in fittings for the Technical Developer and Senior TD as required.
- The candidate will take notes of required fit and construction corrections discussed.
- The candidate will spec and analyze garments to determine compliance with measurements, workmanship, construction direction, and fit intent.
- The candidate must collaborate with the Technical Developer and Senior TD to enhance technical knowledge of brand construction and fit standards.
- The candidate must coordinate wear-testing protocols with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a 4-year BA Degree with focused training in Technical Design, Patternmaking, or relevant experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
- The candidate must have 0–2 years of minimum industry experience, preferably in Technical Design and/or Patternmaking departments.
- The candidate must have familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software such as CLO and Browzwear.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
