Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are appointed to develop a Human Resource plan for nursing and personal care, with an appropriate mix of registered and non-registered staff to meet the needs of the resident population.
- They’re also accountable for ensuring the competency of nursing staff working at this post.
- Candidates are appointed to drive a safety culture supporting strong professional practice and make recommendations related to evidence-based practice and clinical protocols working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to provide overall leadership to the recruitment, selection, orientation, training and retention of nursing staff working at this post.

Job requirement
- Applicants must have extensive experience in nursing management in a long-term care or continuing care/rehabilitation facility.

- Applicants must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with strong financial acumen, planning and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
