Job Description
- These positions will work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) to support the delivery of digital products and AI in Capital Markets.
- This position will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing go to market strategies.
- Assists with the integration of digital products and AI in Capital Markets into business groups and technical groups.
- Contributes to successful change management, including providing support for smooth transitions.
- Works across multiple functions to ensure alignment of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Increase usage and adoption of products by aligning with clients’ and organization needs.
- Ensure proper implementation of change management to enable efficient workflow.
- Ensure that the business, product management, and engineering departments strongly communicate to quickly address problems.
- Monitor how clients are adopting digital products and add recommendations for improvement.
- Work with technical teams to ensure that product development is being prioritized according to requirements.
- Update the leadership and stakeholders with status report and maintain good communication
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in G2M (Go-to-Market) strategy, product management, or Change Management position is necessary. However, experience in the banking or Capital Markets sectors is an advantage.
- An interest or knowledge in AI/Machine Learning products or services and a very good experience with Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) or Jira, are expected.
- Problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to learn about Digital Product Development will be the main requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills will allow for the Technical teams and Business units to connect and communicate effectively.
- Clutter-free, precise, and able to focus on tasks even in demanding situations.
- Passion for Innovation, Digital changes, and continuous improvement.
