Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to operate cleaning machines.
  • The candidate must clean the interior and exterior of motor vehicles.
  • The candidate will be required to wash and clean interior and exterior windows as well as other glass surfaces.
  • The candidate will be required to shampoo upholstery.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide customer service.
  • To meet service expectations, the candidate will be expected to operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain and improve the appearance of vehicles by using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed.
  • The candidate must keep complete and accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inventory management and reordering supplies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
  • To remove scratches, the candidate will be required to perform minor repairs and touch up finishes.
  • The candidate will be required to refuel the vehicle.
  • The candidate will be required to replace missing or defective small parts.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep the work area neat and clean.
  • The candidate must be able to safely operate all tools and equipment.
  • The candidate will be expected to ensure that vehicles are detailed in accordance with the customer’s specific instructions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that safety equipment such as lights, tyres, brakes, wipers, horn, seat belts, mirrors, and backup lights are in working order
  • The candidate must be willing to follow all company policies and maintain service quality standards.
