Job Description
- The candidate must receive and register documents for data entry.
- The candidate must enter data in the format specified.
- The candidate must transfer data between software applications.
- The candidate must verify the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- The candidate must store, update, and maintain databases.
- The candidate must perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and integrity.
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- The candidate must transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in duration.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

- The candidate must work in a public sector setting, such as a social service agency or a charity organization.

Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about Word processing software, Database software, MS Office, Data analysis software, Spreadsheets, Statistical software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, the Internet, MS Windows, MS Outlook, Data processing and systems, and Data administration.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must specialize in statistics and have experience preparing charts, tables, graphs, diagrams, reports, and records.
