Job Description

  • The candidate must train employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing production and other reports.
  • The candidate must devise methods for meeting work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
  • The candidate must identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food manufacturing process.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
  • The candidate must have a certificate or diploma from a one-year to two-year College, CEGEP, or other non-university institution.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising testers and graders, as well as food and beverage processing.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be reliable.

Work setting

  • The candidate must work in the dairy industry.

Experience and specialization

Regulations knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable with CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment.
