Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to provide coaching and operational support to front-line employees when required.
- They’re appointed to evaluate the trainee’s performance and provide timely coaching to participants.
- They’re appointed to prepare reports on training activities when required.
- Candidates are appointed to support scheduled training activities, training events and other training-related activities.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a high school degree and a dedicated knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
- They must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Candidates must attain high regard for safety and attain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- They must attain strong interpersonal skills and must be proficient in Airport Process for Customer Service.
- They must be proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
