Job Description

• The candidate must access and process information.
• The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
• The candidate will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
• The candidate will be expected to arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
• The candidate must accept payment.
• The candidate must sell merchandise.
• The candidate will be expected to advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• The candidate must respond to written and oral questions.
• The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
• The candidate will be expected to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
