Job Description

  • Customer Experience Specialist supports customer visits, vehicle deliveries and showroom services at Tesla in Montreal.
  • This is a full time retail based position focused on customer service and sales support.
  • The role includes customer interaction, test drive coordination and vehicle feature presentations.
  • The position supports Tesla’s mission connected to sustainable energy and electric vehicles.
  • Team members work evenings, weekends and holidays as part of the retail work routine.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom visitors and begin customer conversations in a friendly manner.
  • Build personalized customer profiles by reviewing customer interests and purchase timelines.
  • Answer customer questions and explain Tesla products and vehicle features.
  • Conduct test drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations based on customer interests.
  • Deliver vehicle orientations and review key vehicle features with new owners.
  • Capture visitor information and support sales pipeline activities.
  • Arrange and confirm customer test drives.
  • Identify high intent buyers and support customer follow ups.
  • Provide customer service support to current and future Tesla owners.
  • Complete additional business related tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Work background in customer service or sales with at least 1 year of related work history is required.
  • Having solid awareness of electric vehicle industry trends and the local incentives is preferred.
  • Can work with business issues and technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
  • Strong team mindset and dependable work approach are required.
  • You will need strong interaction skills and also that eye for small details.
  • You should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, fluently enough.
  • There is also the possibility to work evenings, weekends and on holidays if needed in a retail environment. You must keep a valid Canadian Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license at all times.
  • Must support projects across Canadian provinces and communicate regularly in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
