Compliance Lead

They analyze data to identify program execution gaps and/or trends, identify root cause and support the creation and execution of action plans that will mitigate the risk and drive compliance execution.

Job description
- Candidates will execute and manage the hourly associate accident file process including online submission, accident investigations, modified offer letters and follow up until resolution.
- They will assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders.
- Candidates will conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member.Â
- They will follow up on action items identified through Safety Team meeting notes & Inspections.
