Job Description
- The candidate must plan, develop, and carry out training and practice sessions.
- The candidate must create, plan, and coordinate competitive schedules and programmes.
- The candidate must inspire and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
- The candidate must participate in coaching clinic instruction.
- The candidate will be expected to analyse and evaluate the performance of athletes or teams.
- The candidate will be expected to observe and evaluate the skills and performance of prospective athletes.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching as well as a Level 3 Certificate in Coaching.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
Work setting
- The candidate must work at a local sports club and in gymnastics.
- The candidate must be willing to relocate to the specified location.
