Job Description
- A Client Executive at Bell helps clients by selling Bell’s communication services.
- They prioritize what clients exactly need and work as follows.
- Drive sales and service operations within a B2B commercial sales environment.
- Identify opportunities within your current customer base for new revenue generation.
- Engage potential new clients and close sales based on Bell’s Mobility and Wireline product/service offering.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that is driven by outcomes for the client, revenue and incentive compensation associated with performance.
- When we refer to “hunter,” we mean identify opportunities to pursue and deliver strong performance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and take part in the overall sales strategy for the team.
- Build relationships through partnering with key customers, aligning our solutions to their business needs.
- Deliver on Bell’s strategic plans by working with clients to shape meaningful and customized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Encourage growth, retention, and acquisition of Wireless & Wire line services within the assigned territory.
- Develop business plans to track revenue goals and sales objectives, and align the objectives with strategic business initiatives.
- Identify and develop new sales prospects challenging the methods we use to sell services through networking, outreach, etc.
- Act as the primary contact for customers and own the sales cycle.
- Work with Bell internal resources to test best practices and leverage all channels to increase sales pipeline and close.
- Ensure reporting is straightforward and accurate forecasting is done. Complete all sales member administrative requirements
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in B2B account management or sales.
- Demonstrated strong ability to prospect for new business through research and networking.
- Value-based selling mindset with strong customer empathy or customer facing skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Telecom sales experience is a plus.
Ability in consultative and solutions based selling. - Bilingual (French and English).
