Job Description

Responsibilities
- Speak with branch clients and support day-to-day banking transactions.
- Identify sales, referral and banking service needs during client interactions.
- Help clients learn digital banking tools and technology features.
- Provide additional banking advice and introduce clients to company partners when needed.
- Resolve client banking concerns and help prevent future issues.
- Build strong working relationships with branch partners and team members.
- Follow compliance routines, operational controls and banking procedures during transactions.
Requirements
- Applicants should have a strong interest in client focused service and target driven work environments.
- The position requires employees to demonstrate self motivation together with emotional intelligence and social skills.
- Can use smartphones and laptops.
- Bilingual English and French language skills are required for serving clients with different language needs.
- Work history building client relationships within financial services, retail or customer service environments would be considered an asset.
- Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to complete the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course would be beneficial.
