Job Description
- The job includes serving as an RBC Ambassador, assisting customers with their daily banking requirements, and directing them to proper services.
- The job offers frequent communication with clients at the branch, where it is the main focus to comprehend their needs and to provide them with excellent service experiences.
- Client’s digital enablement is considered a big part of the job as they will be taught the proper way to use RBC’s digital banking tools very often.
- There might be some instances when clients would need more expertise, in such cases, the clients would be referred to the respective RBC specialists.

Requirements
