- The applicant must show knowledge about cooking techniques and presentation methods that apply to different types of cuisine.
- Strong understanding of management principles along with budgeting and business methods is required.
- Proven experience in haute cuisine with recognition in the field is expected.
- Experience in strategy development and influencing within an institutional setting is required.
- Strong experience in cost monitoring, inventory checks and resource planning is needed.
