Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • The candidate will be required to transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
  • The candidates would be responsible for cleaning machines and work areas immediately
  • The candidates would be responsible for recording production information
  • The candidates would be responsible for weighing, measuring, mixing, dissolving and boiling ingredients.
  • The candidates would be responsible for drying, dehydrating, rehydrating, and aging for process.
  • The candidates would be responsible for monitoring product quality before packaging by inspecting, taking samples and adjusting treatment conditions when necessary
  • The candidates would be in charge of determining the appropriate volumes of various cheeses to be produced in order to meet customer demand in collaboration with the packaging supervisor.
  • The candidates would be responsible for using various types of equipment safely and efficiently; mixers, homogenizers, flakers, and emulsifiers
  • The candidates would be responsible for following all production procedures as outlined in the Good Cheese Making Procedures Manual.
  • The candidates would be responsible for arranging appropriate staff to assist in successful completion of daily cheesemaking.
  • The candidates will be required to maintain an inventory control system on all stock items and advising of order requirements.
  • The candidates would be responsible for establishing costs of production and yields of each cheese.
  • The candidates would be responsible for learning ongoing cheesemaking skills and attending appropriate courses and seminars
  • The candidates would be responsible for notifying appropriate personnel if frequency of products do not meet specification.
  • The candidate will be required to directs other workers who immerse cheese in brine or roll cheese in dry salt, pierce or smear cheese with cultured wash to develop mold growth, and place or turn cheese blocks on shelves to cure cheese.
  • The candidate will be required to makes variations in time cycles ingredients used for succeeding batches.
