Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to actively review submitted evidence with merchants to increase the likelihood of winning representations.
- They’re also appointed at this post to proactively contact clients to assist with chargeback support
- They’re also appointed at this post to respond to client inquiries regarding general chargeback questions.
- Applicants are required to investigate the justification of chargeback resolutions with the Payment Operations team and Senior Chargeback Specialist.
- Candidates are also required to assist with updates of existing or new chargeback standard operational procedures.
- They’re also appointed at this post to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, Customer Service, and InfoSec, working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants for this post must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Technology or equivalent experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have a minimum of 4 years of chargeback management experience to get preferred for this post.
- They must acquire a minimum of 1-2 years of chargeback task-oriented experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have intermediate to advanced chargeback knowledge and experience along with the proficient use of chargeback solutions.
- Candidates for this post must attain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a very high attention to detail.
- Applicants must be eligible to complete good judgment and demonstrate sound decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Candidates for this post must have a proven track record of working in financial technology companies.
- They must acquire dedicated experience working with Stripe and Stripe Radar, Seon, Sift, Trulioo or similar.
Work setting
- Candidates who have fluency in the French language are preferred for this post.
