Job Description
- Candidates will have to work under the direction of Manager of housekeeping and social work.
- Candidates are responsible for cleaning of the facility that ensure all safety and other requirements are maintained.
- Candidates will also have to work within the framework of the golden link Lodge’s mission.
- Candidate will also have to respect resident rights all the time.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be able to carry out duties in a professional manner, and demonstrate good safety habits.
- Candidate must have completed grade 10 education for being eligible for this post.
- They must have experience of working in teamwork and a cooperative attitude, in compliance with confidentiality requirements of Golden Links Lodge and its Residents.
- Candidates must have to perform daily cleaning duties throughout the facility according to established routines and procedures.
- Candidates must have to perform specialized cleaning duties when necessary to facilitate Resident admissions and transfers or similar occurrences according to established routines and procedures.
Work setting
- Candidates must be required to move furniture to facilitate proper cleaning.
- Candidates must be required to wash interior and exterior windows as assigned.
