Job Description

- The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to customers.
- The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints to deliver meaningful information and services.
- The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
- The candidate must answer clients’ inquiries and provide information.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be bilingual.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
