Job Description

  • The candidate must respond to both written and oral inquiries.
  • The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to customers.
  • The candidate must obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints to deliver meaningful information and services.
  • The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
  • The candidate must answer clients’ inquiries and provide information.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be bilingual.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about MS Office.
