Job Description

Candidates working at this post are required to issue purchase orders and gain appropriate approval working at this post.
They’re also appointed at this post to follow through with suppliers or contractors to ensure purchase order commitments.
Candidates at this post are required to expedite deliveries of materials as required at site dates.
They’re also appointed at this post to resolve any invoice holds or errors to ensure payment to suppliers.
They’re appointed at this post to manage the timely closure of Purchase Orders to mitigate risk working at this post.

Job requirement

Candidates must have a dedicated university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration to be eligible for this post.
They must have experience with Procure to Pay procedures, sourcing, and negotiation to be eligible for this post.
Candidates for this post must be familiar with basic principles of Contract Management and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft applications to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must attain the ability to work alone or within a team. Must be able to work with other Teams within the Irving Oil organization.
They must have effective oral/written communication skills that are essential along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must acquire effective time management and planning to be eligible for this post.
