Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to clean the exterior of the building, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
  • The candidate will be expected to wash and clean interior and exterior windows, as well as other glass surfaces.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be in charge of sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Candidates will be expected to clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
  • The candidate must ensure optimal levels of security when working outside and with hooks.
  • The candidate should ensure in protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
  • The candidate would be responsible for maintaining a safe and tidy environment while also paying attention to clients or service users’ wishes.
  • The candidate will be required to perform and track routine inspection.
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
  • The candidate must have First Aid Certificate and Working at heights training Certificate.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating pressure washers, industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, and pressure washers.

  • The candidate should be bondable and easily communicate.

Work Site Environment

  • The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours, including tolerance for pests and thorns.
  • The candidate must be able to work at heights.
  • The candidate will be required to work in wet or damp conditions.

Transportation/Travel Information

  • For transportation, the candidate should use their own vehicle.
  • The employer will provide vehicle to the selected candidates.
  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence.
