Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, or arranging training for cleaning staff.
- The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
- The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
- The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
- The candidate must work in wet/damp, dusty, hot, and dirty environments.
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
Work setting
- The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
- The candidate should work in a cleaning service company to create a clean and hygienic environment.
- The candidate should work in a commercial facility, any facility used in connection with or by any commercial operation, including, but not limited to, grain elevators, warehouses, dryers, processing plants, or cold storage facilities used for the storage and handling of any agricultural product, whether paid or unpaid.
- The candidate should work in residential settings, handling tasks on one, two, and three-family dwellings.
