Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to educate & provide advice on credit solutions and negotiate tailored payment arrangements for overdue accounts to meet client’s financial obligations.
- They’re also appointed to focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions and offering solutions based on the client’s financial situation.
- Candidates will have to resolve problems at the first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC.
- Candidate must have to contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
Job requirement
- They must attain proven interpersonal, communication and problem-resolution skills.
- Candidates must attain the ability to build rapport while offering the right solutions for our clients while mitigating risk.
- Candidates must have the desire to build exceptional client experiences, passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and solve their concerns.
- They must require fluency in French and English.
- Candidates must ensure the flexibility to work various shifts that meet our clients’ needs Monday to Friday.
