Job Description

  • In addition to being the clientโ€™s Certified Financial Planner, this position assists the clients in their daily banking, credit, and investment matters.
  • The individual is in the full-time employee category.
  • Work time is usually 37.5 works a week
    They get involved in the client discovery process, suggest solutions based on advice, and make positive client interactions.
  • The position is salaried and the person works as part of the Personal & Commercial Banking platform.
  • Plays a role in creating a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment that is in line with the bank’s values.
  • Digital literacy is one of the key skills that they use to show clients how to use digital banking tools and services.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients, find out what they need, and suggest the right things to them.
  • Train customers with the help of digital media to make their experiences better, to sell more, and to keep them.
  • Full suite of financial transactions support and replying to customer-initiated questions are among our services.
  • Active listener to grasp customer objectives and render separate help.
  • Be the one who takes care of the matter when it comes to banking problems – both solving and preventing it.
  • Draw and keep strong relationships with partners in terms of client referrals and new business.

Requirements

  • Accreditation in Mutual Funds (Fund Investment in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Proven client-oriented method and success in a sales environment with defined targets.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and capability to establish a pleasant relationship with people.
  • Availability during all business hours.
  • Experience of establishing customer relationships in finance or service sectors.
