Job description
- The candidates will support clients on implementing investment strategies.
- They will assist others employees in achieving their goals.
- They will assist in the client discovery process through pre-meeting information gathering and subsequent delivery to advisor.
- They will greet clients and potential clients, ascertain nature of business and direct them to the appropriate person.
- They will determine needs or start next phase.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in providing advice to clients.
- They must have experience in investment services.
- They must have experience in working in a branch environment.
- They must have experience in providing assistance to financial professionals.
- They must have experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Work setting
- Candidates must have current Mutual Funds License (MFDA/AMF) with either Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) Course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- They must have Investment Funds Course (IFC).
- They must have Certified Financial Planner knowledge.
