The Associate, Enterprise FP&A is accountable for assisting with the organization’s financial planning & forecasting as well as reporting processes, all used to support the strategic decision making of the company. This position requires an individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment while producing accurate, and useful, financial insights.
The base salary for this role is between $49,900 and $82,400 per year, but there are additional incentive plans (i.e. bonuses, etc.) to be discussed during the hiring process. The position may be located either in Toronto or Winnipeg, and applications will be accepted for 5 business days at a minimum, and all will be considered on an ongoing basis.

Job description
- The Associate, Enterprise FP&A is accountable for assisting with the organization’s financial planning & forecasting as well as reporting processes, all used to support the strategic decision making of the company.
- Serve as the primary contact for all corporate performance management systems and track results against company goals through the financial performance of senior leadership.
- Complete and provide quarterly financial statements.
- Conduct routine analysis to facilitate the implementation of corporate strategic initiatives.
- Establish and sustain performance assessment and planning models that will be utilized to evaluate corporate performance.
- Ensure that all department financial performance is recorded and documented accurately.
- Work with department managers to identify and evaluate the financial performance of their departments.
- Clearly communicate to both finance and non-finance stakeholders the financial results of their departments.
Responsibilities
- Help create the Annual 5-Year Plans and Quarterly Forecasts.
- Analyze financial information and key metrics to provide analytics to senior leadership.
- Create and maintain Quarterly Financial Report for use of analysis; complete additional ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Partner with all Business Units to gain an understanding of the Driving Factors behind Financial Performance.
- Effectively, communicate Financial Findings to Finance and Non-Finance Stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Graduate or Professional Degree/professional designation in Finance or Accounting or related fields.
- Active CPA or CFA Certificate (or in progress), is an Asset Preferred.
- Advanced financial reporting/analysis/planning experience (eg. Financial Statement Preparation, Budget Creation, Forecasting Etc.) OR Prior experience with Financial Planning/Forecasting or Wealth Management.
- Ability to provide a detail-oriented approach to Financial Analysis and Strong Analytical/Problem Solving Skills.
