Job DescriptionÂ
- Candidates working at this post are required to complete the delivery of outstanding quality academic courses including math, communications and computer applications courses working at this post.
- They’re also responsible for scheduling and coordinating the academic delivery of academic courses in line with college budget and enrollment forecasts working at this post.
- Candidates are also required at this post to provide leadership in the development and renewal of curriculum, the effective hiring and development of faculty, and the management of workload assignments.
- Applicants for this post are required to design and control an expense budget, supervise faculty and staff, and manage the delivery of courses in the portfolio.
Job requirementÂ
- Candidates must have completed a master’s degree in a related field to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 9 years combined experience which includes management and industry experience and at least 5 years of successful teaching at a post-secondary level to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have prior experience working with diverse student populations to be eligible for this post.
Candidates for this post must have demonstrated experience in developing student-centred programs and supports to be preferred for this post. - Applicants must have experience with curriculum design and development in a post-adult environment.
- Applicants must have proven development abilities in moving ideas from conceptual to operational to be eligible for this post.
- They must have advanced team building, collaboration, and networking abilities to be preferred for this post.

- They must attain superior skills in communication, problem-solving or conflict resolution, organisation, and prioritizing within a multi-faceted role to be preferred for this post.
