They will educate and assist adjudicators with regard to administrative law, insurance law, workplace safety, and related legal matters. Their assistance should include both tailored and general legal advice.In the areas of workplace safety, insurance law, administrative law, and related legal matters, including complex legal issues like Charter and human rights issues, provide adjudicators with expert legal advice and support.

Job description
- Candidates should take part in the annual review process and other initiatives to guarantee
- They must be able to work autonomously with little guidance in a high volume, fast-paced workplace with shifting priorities;
- They should take part in committee work.
- They will represent the Tribunal at speaking engagements as assigned.
- They will mentor and review the work of OCC students and junior attorneys.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have full development of analytical skills with a focus on administrative law, workplace safety, and insurance law;
- They need to be expert in written and oral communication skills to produce a range of legal and procedural content and documentation;
- They must have demonstrated ability and expertise to research and gather information in these areas.
Work setting
- Candidates require regular, frequent auditory interactions with external stakeholders and colleagues.
- They need to be focused on mental effort when negotiating with clients or stakeholders to resolve contentious issues, as well as when creating, reviewing, or communicating paper or digital materials.
