Job Description
- Associate role in managing client relationships, maintaining accounts and helping Advisors in a wealth management environment.
- Excellent service to the client and support in making sure that the administration of the accounts and documents is done rightly and in accordance with the regulations.
- Full-time job of 37.5 hours per week.
- Assistance in wealth management planning activities and support in new client onboarding.
- You will be working alongside a royal bank of Canada’s wealth management platform, which is composed of a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Check on trades made by clients to make sure that everything is done properly in terms of settlement and delivery.
- Answer any questions from clients that are about transactions, documentation, and reporting in a quick and professional manner.
- Keep track of clients that you are already dealing with and make sure that the important dates and timelines are all organized so that the clients don’t feel neglected in any way.
- Keep updating and maintaining the communication channels of the team, such as social media and marketing materials.
- Oversee all the communications coming in from clients, Advisors, and both the internal and external partners.
- Help the Advisor team with the induction of new clients and with the arrangement of client/prospect meetings.
- Make it a point to ensure all client documentation is accurate, compliant, and updated with regulatory requirements.
- Use very good problem-solving skills to provide service that is ahead of the game and to coordinate with the internal teams for solutions that go smoothly.
- Be there for the entire Wealth Management process and operate an audit of the activities and priorities that are interrelated.
Requirements
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities systems and procedures.
- Securities industry experience.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
- Very good command of business applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to give a warm and professional client service.
- Skilled at verbal and written communication.
