Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data integrity across all merchandising systems and internal files and databases.
  • The candidate will complete regional inputs into the global attributing database, including date scrubbing and data cleanup.
  • The candidate will review and validate seasonal POs in TSS.
  • The candidate will create manual seasonal and non-seasonal PRs in TSS.
  • The candidate will execute seasonal product flow changes to In-Store Date and implement Ship Mode changes.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inputting PO Change requests into the POC (PO Changes) file, liaising with LLO, and approving vendor-initiated changes.
  • The candidate will be responsible for item management in Flow, including season codes, in-store-dates, drop day, clustering changes, and in DC updates.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inputting chase requests into the Chase Ledger and communicating requests to cross-functional partners.
  • The candidate will be responsible for merchandising TOP sample management and preparing product samples for merchandising meetings and product presentations, including IMBR, MBR, Weekly Business Review, and Quarterly Meltdown.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, shipping of samples, and the organization of samples.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Regional Merchant with content creation for IMBR, MBR, Weekly Business Review, and Quarterly Meltdown.
  • The selected candidate must oversee the retail validation process by reviewing, validating, and updating retail prices while executing markdowns.
  • The candidate will be responsible for completing retail price validation and managing price exceptions in the style option currency file.
  • The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Merchandising team with day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a BA, BSc, BBA, BComm, or an equivalent qualification, with specialization in Retail or Merchandising Management considered an asset.
  • The candidate should have retail experience, with merchandising experience considered an asset.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • The candidate must demonstrate financial acumen and a strong understanding of retail math.
  • The selected candidate should demonstrate an acute eye for product.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to build collaborative team relationships.
  • The candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The candidate must be able to accurately and efficiently manage data entry while remaining highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • The candidate must have the ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must demonstrate willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work on the retail floor.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.

Work conditions

  • The candidate will be required to work in an office-based environment where in-person collaboration is necessary and important for this role.
