Job Description
- Candidates are also appointed to recruit, hire, develop and retain top talent within the market to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all corporate stores working at this post.
- Candidates are also recognized and address performance issues promptly while working at this post.
- Candidates applying for this post are also required to monitor and ensure accountability for all aspects of store operations, providing advice, coaching and assistance to store management.

Job requirement

- Candidates must have a critical perspective and observation of store and merchandise placement to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must have strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting along with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must have collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must be able to work overnight and travel daily along with a dedicated valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to be eligible for this post.
