Job Description

  • The Deal Leader will collaborate across a process to create innovative, persuasive solution concepts for large enterprise opportunities.
  • They will establish and implement an overall strategy for each opportunity.
  • The Deal Leader will work with both internal and external partners to influence the technology and operations delivery for every deal.
  • They will create a business case and pricing guidance for proposals.
  • The Deal Leader will assure that all proposals are packaged in compliance with governance standards.
  • They will submit proposals that are competitively priced, customer-focused, and effective for complex engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Confer about the analysis and make essential documents for the senior management in the first place.
  • Assemble and supervise interdisciplinary teams throughout the deal phase.
  • Direct all aspects of the purchase:
  • invention of the solution, financial modeling, due diligence, and strategy.
  • Work together with the Sales department to showcase, renegotiate, and obtain proposals while organizing customer presentations and the total question & answer procedure.
  • Work with Sales and the client to define requirements and to direct technical and operations teams to address the requirements.
  • Ensure the final solution addresses client requirements; consider financial implications; adhere to internal compliance.
  • Provide support by developing pricing strategies, negotiating with suppliers and/or subcontractors, and providing other support in the development and finalization of the customer contract.

Requirements

  • You have developed a virtual team composed of experts from different areas and have been able to get the various stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Your analytical skills are certified by the success you had with financial modeling, pricing and costing, and contracts management.
  • Your capability to challenge the common way of thinking and come up with ground-breaking solutions that are still within the project’s limits is very much evident.
  • You have a combination of an anticipatory attitude, adaptability, and the ability to keep many things under control in a dynamic environment.
  • You have been managing and running large/complex programs/projects for a long time and have gained a lot of experience.
  • You have a minimum of seven years working in the telecom or ICT sector, you are well aware of the industry and its trends and have the power to facilitate change in a company.
