Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop and recommend improvements to the current environment, policies and processes.
- Candidates are also required to acquire and dispose of hardware and software.
- Candidates are appointed to configure computer, network and server-related hardware and software working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to monitor and maintain access and security of data and infrastructure.
- Candidates are appointed at this post to perform ongoing research and evaluation of existing and emerging technologies with a strong focus on continuous improvement of service delivery and operational efficiencies.
- Candidates are also required to effectively utilize customer service skills to deliver exceptional service to TW staff.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Sciences, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline to be eligible for this post.
- They must have experience in configuring, administering and maintaining data security, user rights and permissions in an Active Directory domain environment.
- Candidates must have 1+ recognized certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and CompTIA A+ to be eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated knowledge and understanding of mobile device management to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- They must have the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Work setting
- Candidates must have excellent customer service skills supporting internal clients and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to be eligible for this post.
