Job description
- Candidates must have the ability to operate job-related equipment.
- They must have the ability to effectively use software at a moderate level.
- They need to be able to read and comprehend technical material.
Job requirement
- Candidates must complete an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or graduation from a technical college or institute.
- They must have a B.Sc. degree in an animal related field.
- They should have experience in working with small animals in a research capacity.
- They need to have working knowledge of the principles and practice of laboratory animal science.
Work setting
- Candidates must be willing to maintain and upgrade training.
- They must have the ability to train others.
- They need to be able to understand and apply policies, SOPs, instructions and applicable Canadian Council on Animal Care CCAC guidelines.
