Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer loan documentation for vehicle deliveries.
  • Present and promote Tesla products and services to customers.
  • Improve scheduling efficiency to support customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports that support training and performance improvement efforts.
  • Support customers throughout the pre delivery process.
  • Provide a customer focused vehicle delivery experience.
  • Coordinate store fleet servicing activities.
  • Manage vehicle allocation activities.
  • Complete accident reports when required.
  • Assist with delivery preparation tasks.
  • Conduct direct vehicle deliveries when needed.
  • Support sales related activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service work background is required.
  • Can build positive working relationships with team members and customers.
  • Highly organized work habits are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal interaction skills are required.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Work background with CRM systems is required and Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
  • A valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence for Canada must be maintained.
