- A support role managing administrative tasks within a research centre
- Term position for 2 years with hybrid work arrangement (onsite + remote)
- The job requires three main duties which involve meeting coordination and document management and office work assistance.
- The job requires employees to work on-site three days every week.

Responsibilities
- The job requires the person to schedule and plan both meetings and events and academic conferences.
- The person needs to create travel plans while managing all aspects of the travel process.
- The person needs to create all types of business documents which include letters and reports and presentations.

- The staff members need to answer standard questions from visitors while providing them with necessary details.

Requirements
- The candidate must have completed secondary school as per provincial standards
- The candidate should have post-secondary education in administration as an asset
- The candidate must have significant experience (minimum 2 years) in administrative support tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, filing, and data entry
- The candidate must have significant experience using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- The candidate must have experience supporting senior management
- The candidate must have experience processing purchase requisitions for supplies, equipment, or services
- The candidate may have experience using SAP or similar ERP systems as an asset
- The candidate must be bilingual with BBB/BBB language level
- The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance
- The candidate must show attention to detail and strong document handling skills
- The candidate must be able to draft, proofread, and edit documents
- The candidate must be able to explain processes and respond to routine administrative queries
- The candidate must be residing in Canada and preference is given to Canadian citizens or permanent residents
