Job Description

  • The candidate must coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they align with and meet the organization’s goals.
  • The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations.
  • The candidate must direct staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
  • The candidate must motivate staff.
  • The candidate must open and distribute mail and other materials.
  • The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
  • The candidate must review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must respond to electronic inquiries.
  • The candidate must order office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory.
  • The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • The candidate must send invoices.
  • The candidate must reconcile accounts.
  • The candidate must examine accounting records.
  • The candidate must consult with suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be bilingual.
  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science (general), or Human Resources Management and Services (other).
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Simply Accounting.

Area of specialization

  • The candidate must specialize in the area of accounting, payroll services, and work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling.
