Sitting in London, this position mainly deals with coordinating the deliveries, taking care of key paperwork and also helping make sure customers get a smooth journey from the order stage, all the way to the vehicle handover.
This job mixes customer service, administrative work, and some sales support, so it s a bit of everything in practice. Responsibilities
- Prepare loan documentation and support customers through delivery related paperwork.
- Coordinate with team members to help delivery appointments run smoothly.
- Present Tesla products and services to customers with confidence.
- Improve appointment scheduling and delivery planning processes.
- Prepare reports to support training and operational improvements.
- Assist customers before delivery and provide a positive delivery experience.
- Coordinate service needs and vehicle allocation for the store fleet.
- Complete accident related reports when required.
- Support delivery preparation, direct deliveries and additional business needs.
Requirements
- Work well with team members and build positive working relationships.
- Show strong organizational and interaction skills.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, with Salesforce considered an asset.
- Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail setting.
- Maintain a Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
