Job Description
- Tesla Advisor, Sales is a retail sales and customer support role within Tesla’s sales team.
- This is a full time position located in Laval, Quebec.
- The role supports customers throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors.
- Create a welcoming place for customers.
- Introduce customers to Tesla products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collect customer information and maintain customer records.
- Arrange and facilitate vehicle test drives.
- Provide customer support through the sales process.
- Assist with vehicle preparation and document completion.
- Work towards your monthly sales and delivery targets.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals and KPI.
- Maintain knowledge of electric vehicle trends.
- Complete additional duties including direct customer deliveries when required.
Requirements
- The successful candidate must be able to support projects across all Canadian provinces.
- Must communicate regularly in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service and or sales work background is required.
- A record of meeting or exceeding targets is required.
- Strong interest in Tesla’s mission and transportation technology is required.
- Highly organized work habits are required.
- Excellent written and verbal interaction skills are required.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Work background with CRM tools is required.
- Can work evenings, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
- A valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence for Canada must be maintained.
