Job Description

  • Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports customers after vehicle orders are placed.
  • This is a full time position that is based in Laval.
  • The role combines customer service, delivery coordination and sales support.
  • Team members work with multiple departments to improve store operations.
  • The position supports vehicle deliveries, financing activities and trade in processes.
  • The role may include evening, weekend and holiday shifts in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer loan and registration documents for delivery appointments.
  • Show knowledge of Tesla products and services.
  • Improve planning efficiency to enhance customer experiences.
  • Compile reports to support training and performance improvements.
  • Work with team members to support smooth pre delivery and delivery experiences.
  • Coordinate store fleet servicing, vehicle allocations and accident reporting.
  • Perform delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service work history is required.
  • Can work with team members and build positive working relationships.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent written and verbal interaction skills.
  • Must be skilled in MS Suite and CRM tools. Salesforce is preferred.
  • Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
  • CLass 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada.
  • Must be comfortable communicating in English with staff and clients outside Quebec.
  • Must be available to support projects across Canadian provinces when required.
