Job Description
- Tesla Advisor, Delivery supports vehicle delivery services and customer support activities at Tesla in London, Ontario.
- This is a full time retail based role within Tesla’s Sales and Customer Support team.
- The position focuses on delivery coordination, customer experience support and store productivity.
- Staff members work in a customer focused environment with sales teams and delivery teams.
- The role includes support for financing paperwork, delivery preparation and store fleet activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer loan documents and look after the delivery of vehicle.
- Work with team members to complete successful customer deliveries.
- Explain Tesla products and services to customers.
- Work on improving delivery systems and appointment routines to make customer experiences better.
- Prepare reports connected to performance improvement and training support.
- Support smooth pre delivery activities for upcoming customer appointments.
- Provide customer focused vehicle delivery experiences.
- Coordinate store fleet servicing and allocation management activities.
- Complete accident reports connected to store fleet vehicles.
- Support delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Work background in customer service with at least 1 year of related work history is required.
- Strong team mindset and can build positive working relationships with team members.
- Strong written and verbal interaction skills are required.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Can work evenings, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
- Applicants are supposed to maintain a Canadian Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license.
- Strong interest in sustainable energy and customer service is preferred
