The Technical Program Manager role in this environment is focused on facilitating delivery of resilient, secured and quality solutions. Key expectations of this role will be around program strategy and aligning across disciplines in a coordinated fashion for shared communications to stakeholders. The work will happen in a highly structured, purposeful environment where planning, risk management, and managing dependencies across multiple teams, will be the focus.
This role is well suited for an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, can communicate both strategic thinking and/or technical fluency, can influence without authority, is organized and has experience leading large-scale technical programs from planning through to release.

- Be responsible for program strategy, creating schedules, and defining metrics for success.
- Proactively manage program risk and dependencies, providing communication with program leadership, other stakeholders, and driving excellence in delivery.
- This is a role for an organized, strategic, decisive, and technically astute communicator.
- May need to lead large-scale technical programs and will coordinate all phases from planning and design through development and release.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery. Work to ensure the product can meet business goals and standards, even in cross-functional teams.
- Define execution approach with milestones and success criteria.
- Own program status and develop accountability across the workstreams.
- Clearly communicate program status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Build transparency and make informed decisions for products while communicating priorities, and identifying risks across leadership and partner teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional teams
- Tracking, coordinating, and communicating integrated project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies across the products and work streams.
- Act as an advisor and connector to help teams. Make sure external partners are connected and ready.
- Document and manage adherence to governance standards and compliance expectations
- Track and manage technical dependencies to make sure the teams work appropriately around scalability and reliability.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain momentum as needed across teams that may be in multiple timezones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product or technical program management along with data analysis, or product development. Any equivalent experience will be considered as well.
- 2+ years of experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product or technical program management, along with data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
