Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to project teams and work units
- Guide clients on application design and technical issues
- Conduct feasibility studies and present solution options
- Lead and direct technical teams when required
- Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Configure entities, forms, views and permissions in Dynamics
- Create workflows, rules and business processes
- Build and extend applications using .NET and JavaScript
- Integrate systems using APIs and web services
- Develop and support public-facing portals
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university is required, or a technical diploma with equivalent experience may be accepted.
- At least 10 years of experience in developing IT business applications is required.
- At least 7 years of experience working with Dynamics CRM 365, including configuration of entities, forms, workflows and security permissions, is required.
- At least 5 years of experience customizing Dynamics CRM using server-side plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based form scripts is required.
- At least 5 years of experience developing Power Pages portals and working with Power Platform services such as Power Automate is required.
- Experience using Agile or SCRUM methodologies along with source control and release processes is required.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps is required.
- Can work with integrating systems using APIs and web services.
- Strong ability to research, and analyze and recommend technical solutions is required.
