Job Description
- Client Executive, Public Sector is a full time management role focused on business development and account management.
- The position follows a hybrid work model with at least 3 office days each week.
- The role is based in Montréal.
- The position focuses on managing public sector accounts and growing long term business relationships.
- You will support clients with advanced technology and digital service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet revenue and profit targets for the given territory.
- Create sales strategies that match client goals and business priorities.
- Develop plans that strengthen business growth and profitability.
- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to closing.
- Build lasting relationships with key client decision makers.
- Identify new business growth and sales possibilities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Lead contract discussions covering pricing and service quality and terms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors and new technologies.
- Study new technologies to provide greater value during the sales process.
Requirements
- Bring at least 5 years of work background in business development.
- Have at least 5 years of work background managing large and complex accounts in cloud, telecommunications or Information and Communications Technology.
- Bring strong verbal and written interaction skills.
- Show a successful record of selling complex long term business solutions.
- Can work with internal and external partners to build strong relationships.
- Can guide team members during presales activities.
- Can create and carry out successful account strategies.
- Have strong knowledge of Bell Business Markets solutions including networking, cybersecurity, cloud, data centre management, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, mobility, 5G, unified communications, contact centres and IT process management.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Sales work background with public sector accounts is preferred.
- Work background managing RFP review processes is considered an asset.
- Hold a University degree or bring equivalent work background.
- Be well versed in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- For Quebec positions, bring adequate knowledge of French.
