Job Description

The candidate must clean meats in preparation for processing or cutting.
The candidate must cut carcasses, sides, and quarters.
The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
The candidate will have to price meat products.
The candidate must sell meat to customers.
The candidate must grind meats.
The candidate will be responsible for slicing cooked meat.
The candidate must prepare special orders.
The candidate must shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Candidate having experience is an asset.
The candidate should be accurate.
The candidate should be client focused.

The candidate must have experience using band saws, manual cutting utensils, power grinders, and slicing machines.
