Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in golf course maintenance and landscaping to be eligible for this post.
- They must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to be preferred for this post.
- They must possess Emergency First Aid Certification and must have green patch CSA-approved safety boots, 6″ – 8″ to cover the ankle, suede or leather, to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants must be capable of performing physical work in an outdoor setting, including bending, lifting, walking, pushing and standing, to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must be available to work weekends, shift work and overtime and must be available to work Labour Day weekend to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- They’re required to work outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions.
- They must have exposure to vibration, unpleasant smells, fumes, dust, and flying particles.
- Candidates are also required to maintain exposure to grass, weeds, and other potential outdoor allergens and various insects.
- They also require bending, lifting heavy equipment and objects, climbing, walking, pushing, sitting, standing and repetitive motions working at this post.
